What we store

• Your scripts (the text, timing and settings of each story).
• Images and sounds you upload while signed in, stored on Cloudflare R2.
• A record of each export: when, how long, which plan. Not the video itself. Videos are rendered on your device and never uploaded.
• If you sign in: your name, email and avatar from Google.
• If you subscribe: your Freemius customer and license ids. Card details go to Freemius, never to us.

Anonymous use

Without an account we set one cookie that identifies your browser so we can count free exports and find your stories again. We also keep a salted hash of your IP address to spot abuse. Uploads made while anonymous stay in your browser's storage and are not sent to us.

Third parties

Google (sign-in), Freemius (payments), Cloudflare (file storage), Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database). Emoji images in the editor load from jsDelivr. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.

Analytics

We measure product events such as "export started" and "export finished" to see where people get stuck. No cross-site tracking.

Your rights

Delete your account from the Account page to remove everything. Email hello@dingcut.xyz for a copy of your data or any other request.
